investigate and regulate the speculative trading of brent crude oil/WTI and the manupulation of gasoline prices.

Created by C.L. on April 25, 2013

The brent crude and WTI prices today do not follow supply and demand principles anymore. Instead it follows speculative trading and manipulation stirred up by profit driven organizations. There is overwhelming evidence of abnormal price gains when inventory increased to highest levels in a decade, overall supply increased, and demand decreased to lowest levels in decades due to energy saving measures. Counter to the evidence that could drive prices lower, the price could increase on a speculative news of "ECB could lower its interest rate by 0.25%... in May". Which is more than 2 weeks ahead of today! (Just an example)

Gasoline price could be effected by manupulation of refinery shutdowns, slower decrease of price compared to crude/WTI price.

Please try to end this phenomenon.
