Investigate and regulate truck tire litter and damage on road ways to the country and citizen with damage and cleanup

It is time truck companies and tire manufacturers are held accountable for damage, injury, and debri left following blow outs on our national highways and roads. The Obama Administration needs to investigate what the costs are to this nation in city and state cleanup, property damage to vehicles, insurance claims and injuires to people. Regulation needs to be put in place to look over this poor practice of tire retreading and poor manufacturing causing millions in damage and clean up costs on a daily basis across the nation. The cost to the economy is far greater than the money saved by the truck owners for purchasing this poor product.
