Investigate and remove the criminal records of students who have been falsely accused of sexual assault in colleges.

With promiscuity rampant in educational institutions, it is difficult to access and judge the case of sexual harassment.
So, a certain degree of strict rules and adherence is vital. The trouble is that this law is now being misused and abused by a few "VICTIMS" which results in the good and sincere students becoming the victim. Their life is ruined by a permanent record with the law enforcement which proves to be a hinderance for any individual in life. I request the government to kindly ensure that after proper investigation (including polygraph tests for both the victim and the perpetrator), if the perpetrator is found innocent, his/her's information be struck off from the records.
