investigate and resolve the issues with the delivery of service members vehicles and revoke the contract with IAL.

Created by D.L. on August 28, 2014

International Auto Logistics was awarded the contract with the DoD/TRANSCOM to process and deliver DoD civilian and service member vehicles that are transferring to/from overseas locations. This was awarded on contract HTC711-14-D-R025. IAL started processing vehicles in May 2014, and to date, 70% or greater of the vehicles have been delivered late or not at all. IAL is failing to meet the obligations of the contract. TRANSCOM and SDDC has started investigations into the matter, but to date, nothing has been done to resolve the backlog of missing/lost vehicles. Vehicles are showing up 60 days or more past the required delivery dates, and some have been damaged or vandalized. We request that the Whitehouse investigate and resolve the delivery issues and revoke IAL's contract.
