Investigate and stop the egregious misuse of the government's money for official travel by govt and military employees.

Thousands of dollars could be saved if the government oversaw more closely the prices of tickets for official travel for govt, military, and contractors which is on the gov'ts dime.. There are explicit rules stating that the employee must take the lowest cost mode of transportation, but no one enforeces it. The approval process for travel is severely lacking, with subordinates approving their superiors. There needs to be an agency for each office and branch that oversees all travel orders and enforces the rules The abuse is made even more rampant by allowing employees to collect frequent flier miles while on official travel. This results in employees flying on a non-contract carriers at much higher fares in order for them to collect miles to upgrade or get a free ticket. I
