Men have become second class citizens by the decisions of family courts all over the nation. This has led to the alienation of men from their children as well as bankruptcy, severe depression and high rates of suicide among divorced men. Child support collection practices are unfair, unconstitutional and they force payors into a form of endentured servitude or slavery. Child support should be uniform and based on basic needs rather than income levels. In less than 10% of custody cases are men awarded custody of their children. This is unfair, unjust and must be stopped! It shouldn't require thousands of dollars in court costs to be treated fairly and the sytem is extremely broken.
