Investigate and/or charge Jane Fonda for her crimes commited during the Vietnam Conflict

Created by J.D. on January 19, 2014

The Constitution of the United States of America, states that Treason is defined as in Article 3 Section 3: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Jane Fonda took notes handed to her in confidence from US Service Member and betrayed them to enemies of the United States . Thus, giving them aid; as a result of her actions in this multiple service members were then killed as a result of their beating, making her even more responsible as an accessory to murder as defined by our laws.

Politics aside, she needs to answer for her crimes in some way.
