Investigate the anti-competitive acts of Comcast. Specifically, Comcast's monopoly over various parts of the country.

Created by J.G. on July 22, 2014

Although a request to dissolve Comcast as a market participate with monopoly power in violation of the Sherman antitrust act would be a viable option, the petitioners instead seek an investigation into the companies conduct. Petitioners hope that the government will determine whether Comcast has a monopoly over the nation or parts of the nation and has acted willfully to maintain or acquire that monopoly power. If the investigation results in such a finding, petitioners ask that the government seek legal action for such violations.
