This petition calls for the investigation of, arrest and prosecution of all members of congress who acted to delay the provisions set to be enacted on January 1, 2014 by means of Seditious Conspiracy as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2348 with consideration of definitions provided by the Hobbs Act 18 U.S.C. § 1951
While the GOP and Tea Party members were the most outspoken in their attempt to delay the PPACA, all members of congress, regardless of their party affiliation, should be held responsible for their actions against the United States Government.
