In Article I, Section 27 of the Florida constitution, marriage is defined as one man one woman, it bans all other forms of marriage.
However Article 1, Section 2 , States that "All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights", this would happen to not include the LGBT community apparently who want to marry but have been told it is banned.
