Investigate ASA for double dipping on student loan defaults.

Created by C.V. on March 08, 2015

To whom it may concern,
Just trying to get a little help here. ASA double dipped on my student loans. They collected in 1984, I think, over $21,000.00 on my
student loans when I was forced to default due to lack of income. They, then, turned the loans over to their lawyers who proceeded to attempt
legal collection on the loans they had received payment from the guarantor, the US government. They charged 12% per year interest, 1%

compounded monthly. After an intervention from then Senator Kerry's office they collected a second guarantee payment of over $50,000.00 which
the Department of Education is attempting to collect from me. I know I must pay the original guarantee payment but I shouldn't have to pay the
second. This is illegal and is double dipping on the part of ASA.
