Americans love (and can afford) silver; the U.S. Mint sold over 100 million silver coins in the past 3 years.
One U.S. bank has for years been controlling the silver price, once causing a 30% decrease in a week! It has written over $3B of "IOUs" for silver (selling short on the futures market), allowing it to control the price.
The CFTC hasn't done anything during a 4+ year investigation, despite one CFTC Commissioner stating that he believes there were "devious efforts" and "illegal activity".
Speculation by a U.S. bank is inappropriate (with a chance of a massive loss), price manipulation is illegal and causing Americans to lose money as the bank profits.
Please consider finding out why the CFTC is unable to stop the bank from speculating in and manipulating the price of silver.
