My name is Thais Wright and I am a former driver for MARTA. On August 20, 2011, I was assaulted by a passenger on my bus. I thought the assault was random. But after having a number of attorneys who sat on my case and intentionally stalled it from going to court. And seeing the attorneys that I hired to represent me clearly not advocating on my behalf to get medical attention. It was at that point that I realized they were trying to hide something. Eventually I took over my Workers' Compensation Case in 2013. After reviewing countless of documents that I received through discovery. I could see that attorneys, physicians and MARTA officials were falsifying documents and withholding information.
