The agency has transitioned to a workplace in which promotes bullying and harassment toward people who file complaints. The bullying behavior has led to hostile work environments, victimization, depression, family issues, and consideration of suicide.
Employees are carrying invisible (emotional) scars due to workplace trauma.
The ATF was once a place in which employees took pride in claiming association. Now, things have changed. Managers and Supervisors lack Integrity. Witnesses of retaliation or unlawful behavior do not feel open to express their opinion or launch a complaint without the fear of Retaliation. ATF needs to be reformed.
