AG Miller a disabled mother whose children were taken in July 2010, her family had been constantly investigated on unfounded issues since Feb 2009. Ms Miller was takig care of a disabled and indigent relative her mother who suffering from MS fell and thus began a process of destruction to her family. Multiple un founded accusations against her and other family members were investigated , her father was investigated and recorded in Jefferson county as a child molester by state DHR without trial or physical interrogation wh 10128012-26. He was inprocess of reporting abuses to the CPS being done to neighboring families.
MS Miller wrongfully incarcerated once, tried in 2 separate trials based on the same charges and appealed and reversed once, her children mentally and physically tortured .
