"We the people" want answers. If this shortage was really caused by only increase demand during the extreme cold, we believe there would have been a warning. I think this is a classic example of Wall Street elites holding propane on wall st. This is leaving thousands of Americans with out heat, hot water and for some without fuel for thier cars if they have invested into a clean enviroment.
