Fraud allegations that have arisen out of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and Dr. William Thompson (the "CDC Whistle Blower") is willing and eager to testify before Congress regarding the fraudulent activity that he has observed within the CDC, but has yet to receive a subpoena from Congress.
