Investigate the child custody case involving Navy submariner Matthew Hindes

Created by C.B. on June 22, 2014

Judge Noe, in a child custody case of a deployed Navy serviceman, denied the motion for a stay under the Service Members Relief Act and is also threatening to charge Navy submariner Matthew Hindes with contempt of court thus issuing a bench warrant for his arrest. Hindes is currently serving on a submarine deployed in the Pacific Ocean. Hinde's child was removed from her biological mother's home by Child Protective Services and he was then awarded permanent custody. The custody case was brought by the biological mother while Hindes is deployed.
