Investigate Child Protective Services and it's Tactics that allow it to Remove and Keep Children from Families.

This Petition is in reference to children being removed from families that did not abuse their children and have been accused of things such as Environmental Neglect Example ( Removing children from homes in Kentucky During the 2009 Ice storm, while the state was still in a state of emergency.) Families that are accused of things such as Drug Abuse and after drug testing found to be an UN-founded allegation. CPS(Child Protective Services) Violates Civil rights and Family Rights based on a false allegations. It doesn't protect the children it destroys the Families. We as Citizens ask that CPS be investigated in All states and that Children who were taken due to false allegations and speculations be returned home to their Families.
