Those people in Hollywood are already that spoiled in there fortunate position that they only give to others if the effort tributes to there own image. So they care less about the people. So altough they pretend to be involved with these less fortunate people, while they actualy aren't. and it's properbly a dual strategy just to avoid getting accused for being careless about poverty.
