Mr President we ask you to request the Atty General to appoint a special prosecuter to investigate the City of Houston, it's judges and police department for their involvement in harassing and intimidating persons placed under "investigations" for being on disability, homeless or destitute.
We ask for an audit, by an independent commision, of the corporate involvement of funds used by undercover police to employ informants and private investigators to oppress those most in need of protection.
We ask for the appointment of a citizens' watchdog commission to oversee the finances of undercover police to ensure funds are only used to conduct actual criminal investigations and not the bidding of corporations intent on denying injured workers their right to due process under the law.
