The City of Philadelphia has been plagued by political corruption for decades. We the citizens of this great City request assistance at the Federal level to reclaim our once great City.
Evidence of corruption and patronage is clear in the City, from the Mayor's office through the judges in Traffic Court. This City is a laughing stock, and needs to be cleaned up.
