It is evident that the Police Department in New York City has been systematically eroding the Rights and Liberties of it's citizens.
Urge the Department of Justice to open an investigation into the brutal tactics of the Police Department.in New York City to determine 1. If they have acted in opposition to our Constitution and Bill of Rights. 2. To determine if their Mayor and Chief of Police have colluded to allow their police departments to employ unlawful and brutal tactics. and 3. To also make the Mayor, Chief of Police and all Police Officers aware that taping the actions of the Police is lawful and has been upheld as such by our Supreme Court and they will not interfere with that practice.
