It is not possible to get pricing from from Verizon and AT&T and other providers in areas in Southern California ( Riverside County) because the providers have agreed not to compete in the others territiory. I personally experienced in October , 2010, and again in June, 2011. Additionally, the credit reporting agencies should be investigated and directed to alter their policies and calculation models of credit scores so people who were injured in the economic disaster can recover and revitalize the real estate industry. Th eindustry is not going to recover if people can not buy property due to the past. Again, conlusionenters the game with banks raisnig minumum credit scores for home loans and people can no longer qualify for a loan.
