there is rampant insider trading in congress there needs to be a bill that does not allow congress members to vote on a measure that directly lines there pockets. The supreme Court excludes themselves on matters that they have previously ruled. (a conflict of interest) there should be a similar rule for congress. and an investigation and indictment of those that have been corrupt.
