Congressman John Boehner publicly stated "...who's going to jail over this scandal?" on May 15, 2013 in reference to the IRS issue. This statement by Boehner needs to be investigated to determine if Boehner is unlawfully coercing or influencing government employees by threatening them with jail when no crime has been committed. Also, is Boehner violating the civil rights of American Citizens by threatening Jail for no reason. IRS employees are American citizens and entitled to due process before threatened with jail by a government official. Boehner has also created a hostile workplace for American Citizen government employees by threatening employees with jail for no reason other than politics.
