Establish an appropriate task force and committ sufficient resources to investigate the link between random mass shootings and the use of antidepressant medications.
Every random mass/school shooting seems to have a connection to the shooter using antidepressant medications (well documented except where medical records/autopsy reports are sealed or otherwise not available). It appears that such a link is clear, but needs such investigation and study to determine if it is a fact.
If indeed this link can be demonstraited we may be able to answer the question as to why these random, violent and tragic events occur and , more importantly, address them in an effective way that focuses on the true cause and does not violate the Second Amendment.
