investigate the constitutionality of the legislation in MS with the sole purpose of enacting a de facto ban on abortion

This petition is to address the current trend of Republican controlled state legislatures and Governors colluding to do a end run around Roe v. Wade with crippling and impossible to meet requirements. Curently Republicans in Mississippi are specifically targeting the sole clinic that provides abortions in the state with unrealistic measures set on closing the clinic for good and ending the access to a constitutionality protected right. This is an extremely dangerous precedent in which constitutionally protected rights could be circumvented which dubious laws and regulations and it must be stopped.
