Investigate Consular Bias and Discrimination in Africa

Created by H.G. on December 02, 2012

Bias interview tactics during CR1 Visa process: Hundreds of international couples need your support. When our spouses arrive for their Consular interviews and many are greeted with hostility and rudeness, primarily in 3rd world countries. The documented guidelines for the US Embassy Consular interviews are not being adhered to. http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_2796.html
They are subjected to what can possibly be described as personal bias and discrimination, but instead of outright denials they a put into Administrative Processing. We can be left in this status indefinitely with no explanation and no legal recourse. I am petitioning the President, Congress, and the State Department to appoint an unbiased oversight group to monitor this process.
