it appears that the coroner lied to the american people when he stated that the weapon used was a bushmaster rifle and that all victims had been shot with that weapon. thhe weapon was discovered in the trunk of the suspects car and it appears was not used at the school. the coroner made these statement under the color of his authority. If they are false then his intent appears to have been to inflame public opinion against rifles of this type. in doing so i feel he has infringed on the second amendment rights of lawful gun owners and completely destroyed the credibility of his office. in addition he has tainted the ongoing criminal investigation by releasing information that he knew or should have known was untrue.
