Justices Scalia, Roberts, Thomas and Alito all appear to have strong ties to conservative special interests. This bias has led to numerous judgements which place the interests of Corporations before the people of the United States. Due to the blatant activism on the part of these justices, the rights of individual citizens have been diminished and our democracy is at risk.
The Supreme Court can not be allowed to continue without any check or balance to their judicial actions. The Highest Court in the land seems to have become the activist tool of special interest ideology, which is in conflict with its constitutional role.
