The EEOC had colluded with my Employer to fraudulently cover up the intentional discrimination of the Disabled.
The EEOC Agency corruption occurred and continues to occur; because the Agency does not have any "Public Oversight". Both the separate EEOC Commissioner and EEOC Area Director- Investigations; flagrantly violated both the ADA and Federal Regulations.
Unfortunately, other Federal Agencies; such as the DOJ and the DOL have participated in this fraud. At the State level; Judges just dismiss my lawsuits and appeals (illegally).
I can not break this circle of corruption; even when I discuss case with attorneys, they will not get involved in a case with Gov't Corruption. (Why should they; they worked with these Judges and Agencies Director) I am petition for some Public Oversight.
