We, the undersigned, request a investigation on the misconduct and corruption of Police Officers in the San Juan Police Department in Puerto Rico. Several Police Officers are involve in the protection of
well know drug dealers know as "Omar Calma" futhermore there is corruption in the leadership and misconduct. This petition requests an investigation into the San Juan Police Department and acts of cover up from supervisors to obstruct criminal investigations and intimidate Police Officers who want to provide such information to Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.
It is time to clean the system, so that the San Juan citizens are being served by honest, law conducting, and professional Police Officers. The San Juan Police Department is know as "Policia Municipal de San Juan"
