Investigate credible allegations of criminal wrongdoings by the previous administration.

We call upon the President and the White House to direct the Department of Justice to conduct a thorough and complete investigation into credible allegations of war crimes committed by senior elected and appointed officials of the George W. Bush administration. We further call upon the Obama administration to prosecute such cases if the evidence warrants doing so. We need not look back in anger, but we must do so in justice to ensure that no American, regardless of his or her social or political status, is above the law.
