It would appear that the Republican Presidential Candidate, Donald Trump solely benefited from Hacking E Mail accounts of Democrats through Wikileaks possibly from a foreign power. I believe an investigation should be conducted to ascertain if there was illegal contact between the Donald Trump campaign and Wikileaks and/or a hostile foreign government that interfered with a US Presidential election.
