Anthony Hervey, a black man, was a staunch supporter of the Confederate Flag and Southern Confederate history. Mr. Hervey was driving home after having attended a rally in Birmingham. Mr. Hervey died in what is labeled as an "accident" in Oxford, Mississippi. However, a female passenger Arlene Barnum claims that they were being chased. We are petitioning to have Mr. Hervey's death investigated. His civil rights were trampled, resulting in his death.
