The Defense Information Systems Agency has a total budget of $9.4 billion and receives funding through both congressional appropriations of $2.2 billion and a Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) of $6.9 billion. This Agency is wasting tax dollars through over hiring GS employees, purchasing under performing and completely useless equipment, and awarding huge contracts to companies of friends and family. The location I'm most familiar is the DISA site in Montgomery, AL. This location is a cesspool of waste. One group of 88 has about 50 GS 13's with salaries of 100K or more, each. Those GS 13's are managed by 2 GS 14's and 1 GS 15. The is one room in a building of thousands. Stop the ABUSE!
