The Democratic National Convention appears to have violated 8 USC 1324 during their convention on 25 July 2016 by knowingly transporting, harboring, and encouraging illegal aliens to remain in the United States in violation of Federal Law.
These allegations arise from the DNC’s decision to arrange for the travel and accommodations of two alleged illegal aliens- one of whom allegedly has been issued a deportation order- to give speeches at the convention for political (and possible financial) expediency.
We the People demand a fair, impartial, and transparent investigation into these alleged violations of 8 USC 1324 (and other applicable statutes), and, if proven to be true, We the People demand the prosecution of any and all individuals involved.
