The Department of Children and Family in Puerto Rico had sexually abused children under its custody and instead of protecting them. They gave the children to their father because a court without jurisdiction gave him custody and accused the mother of criminal contempt for not allowing visitation. The children disclosure the abuse and yet nobody listen. Sexually abused children in the hands of the abuser, thanks to the government institution that failed to protect them.
