The Department of Human Services and Child Protective S Services brainwash their foster children. The foster parents slander the biological parents to the biological children. They also say people "owe" them money for overpayment .... when people paid up that balance... they get a letter within a years time that they were overpaid once again even though there was no changes in the persons life.The child protective services there also lie and blackmail certain people to tear the family apart. The families that are actually trying and reaches out for help, they lose their children. Families who DO abuse, neglect their children, keep them. There is also instances where SOME mothers whose children are in foster care has given sexual favors to keep their children.
