INVESTIGATE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES SOUTH CAROLINA FOR WRONGFUL OVERCHARGING OF CHILD SUPPORT ARREARS TO VETERANS

I am one of many Veterans in this country that are in an arrears situation with the Department of Social Services. You can NEVER talk to a case worker about ANY problems you have. No matter how much I pay on my arrears in South Carolina, I always recieve a reciept from the Clerk of Courts (Specifically Charleston Region III Office) showing the SAME arrears amount it was shown as in 2005, when I first recieved the arrears. Active, Reserve and prior military are being overcharged on child support AND arrears. Department of Social Services are constantly harrassing the paying parents, and not doing anything to the non-compliant individuals. This petition is for all who are being overcharged child support/arrears in the State of South Carolina
