This petition is the precurser to a nationwide class action lawsuit against the Department of Veterans Affairs. For decades now the VA has had the motto of Deny,Deny,Deny, until they die. The meaning of course is in reference to a veterans claim for disability. Nationwide veterans who rate and deserve compensation for disabilities that occured or have been aggravated by serving their country have been cheated out of the benefits they deserve. The system has been corrupted by politicians and the wealthy elite to deny veterans compansation that has been earned. Until the system is fixed veterans will continue to lose out on the correct and appropriate rating they deserve.
