A foreign power interfering with the Democratic Process is a hostile act, which makes them an enemy. Donald Trump's dismissal of the seriousness of this problem suggests that he does not wish it to be investigated, further suggesting that he is complicit in these actions. This would be Treason under Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution, and it would be entirely inappropriate for a traitor to benefit from these hostile acts.
