On July 27, 2016, during a press conference, Donald J Trump encouraged the Russian government, or Russian hackers working with or without the government, to potentially hack the United States government's cyber system in an effort to undermine Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. He said, as quoted in his press conference:
"Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press."
With legal pundits, elected officials, and cabinet officials calling Trump's words unprecedented and possibly a threat to national security, while also questioning his loyalty to this country, an investigstion should be launched into whether or not Donald Trump is advocates treason to win.
