Investigate due process violations of absent parents and their children in the DHHS and CSEP Agencies.

Created by R.P. on February 22, 2013

From 1992 until 1996, the State of Nevada failed to allow me the right and privilage of supporting my children.

The State of Nevada provided Federal Welfare under the AFDC program to my children during this time, and The State of Nevada claims to have provided TANF funds to my children during 1997 as well.

There was NEVER a valid child support order, and I was never contacted or provided notice from 1992 until 1996.

My children suffered poverty and lack of both parents love and support without there ever being any Court hearing or Judicial due process.

Through an unsupported, fraudulent, unconscionable stipulation with my signature stolen from a prior document, Nevada DHHS now prevents investigations into this case, and refuses me any hearings.

Please open an investigation.
