Uber ride share service, aka RAISER,LLC, is using (Bait and Switch) to g gouge customers and short change drivers.
Uber have decreased fares by 80% to lure passengers, (which made drivers quit). Uber then used so called "Surge" pricing (increase the fare by many folds) to entice drivers to work. The scheme is deceptive to both Drivers and Passengers
The issue is the algorithm used by Uber to change rate through mobile device Apps. But doing so at different times to passengers and drivers, with Delay as high as Two minutes.
During Delay drivers are not aware that Surge has started and passengers are paying increased rate. But, at the end of the Surge, the drivers are not aware that Surge have ended and they'll be driving for reduced rate. This is Electronic Fraud that must stop.
