Perform a feasibility study to determine the number pump stations and snow making machines to place on the Antarctic Continent Glacier fields, the Arctic Ocean, and Greenland to arrest global sea rise. A first estimate of water to be converted to is on the order of 1400 times the volume of water pumped at the Edmonton Pump Station over the Tehachapi Mountains, California. I based this on internet information. The study is to include environmental impact, engineering feasibility, brine rejection, and time and cost analysis. What makes this solution elegant is it uses nearby volcanic geothermal heat sources to do the work. To date I have seen no engineering proposals to arrest global sea level rise and the cost of allowing sea level rise to go unchecked is catastrophic.
