Even Balance Inc maintains software known as PunkBuster. The aim is to rid game servers of cheaters.
Whilst, in principal, we agree with the ethics behind the software, we find Even Balances EULA agreement overly intrusive and aggressive.
Their cheat detection has failed on numerous occasions. This results in false positive global bans being enforced against legitimate users.
Even Balance does not provide technical proof of detection. No direct accusations are made by them.
Even Balance refuse to engage in any constructive consumer communications leaving all falsely accused unable to use their purchased titles in the manner for which they have paid.
We believe this equates to the theft of our product and request immediate government intervention and investigation.
