CEOs and other business leaders have openly reported that they are intimidating their workers, threatening layoffs, and job losses if their workers do not vote as told.
Koch Industries, Westgate Resorts, and Walmart are just 3 who have been exposed.
These attempts to intimidate american voters are in violation of 18 USC § 594 - Intimidation of voters and possibly other laws.
These should be investigated, and where there is sufficient evidence, the perpetrators should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. this should begin before the election so that voters who have been pressured can be reassured that they will not be punished by voting their conscience.
