In fiscal year 2012 the Dept. of Homeland Security requested $43.2 billion dollars. Despite their enormous budget 3 people were killed and over 100 injured by two explosive devices on April 15, 2013.
This organization was created after 9/11 to prevent such tragedies.
It is important for their failure on April 15, 2013 to be investigated, analyzed, and understood to prevent further attacks by both foreign and domestic terrorists.
